Thank you for shopping at Gilldeep. Due to the nature of our products (Cosmetics, Serums, Face Washes, etc.) and for hygiene and safety reasons, we have a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Damaged or Wrong Products Only: Returns are only accepted if you receive a damaged item or the wrong product.
Seal Integrity: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the seal intact. Used or opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
2. Notification Period
Any issues regarding damage or incorrect items must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
3. Proof of Damage (Unboxing Video)
To process a return or refund, a clear Unboxing Video is mandatory. The video must show the shipping label and the condition of the product as it was taken out of the package.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit, subject to stock availability..
